2. Using this website
You are welcome to read, link to, quote and share anything on this site. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse it to distribute malware, or misrepresent yourself as us.
The site is provided free of charge and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.
3. Our content and marks
The text, design, layout, logo and images on this site are © 2026 Anatory Software, except where stated otherwise. "Anatory", "Anatory Software" and "PyPad" are our marks.
Quoting and linking with attribution is fine. Republishing whole pages, or using our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with something we are not, is not.
Third-party names are the property of their owners. In particular, Python is a trademark of the Python Software Foundation; we use the word descriptively to say what our software does, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Python Software Foundation or the pygame project.
4. Apps are licensed separately
Nothing on this website is itself a license to use our apps. Our apps are distributed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms, to the license terms supplied with each app, and to that app's own privacy policy.
App pages on this site are descriptions, not offers or contracts. Prices, features and availability described here may change, and a feature described as planned may not ship.
5. No warranty for this website
This website is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anatory Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
This section is about the website. It does not affect any rights you have as a purchaser of one of our apps, including your statutory consumer rights and any refund rights you have through Google Play.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, its accuracy or its privacy practices.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your own country of residence. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still applies.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; if we do, the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
